Like a choose your own adventure story with light crafting and RPG elements. Got it on sale for about half price and it's worth that though I don't think I would pay the full price for it. Very fast, beat it in under 8 hours. I do reccommend it for a quick, fun game especially if you can get it on sale.. Great Game!. Thanks Evilco, this game is a ton of fun to stream, though I would have had a blast with it regardless. I haven't played a choose your own adventure game like this in awhile, and honestly the combat is a lot of fun. I wouldn't go in expecting the most depth but compared to a lot of systems its pretty great.Its kind of suprising to me that this game isn't more well known, it does have some strange use of english at times. But I consider it a good time, and an adventure where your choices actually do matter is something I always appreciate.. As an avid RPG player I cannot recommend this game as it relies to much on random chance.If you can find enough of the needed minerals to craft your medkits then you will survive if not you die.Also found a bug where you respawn with 0 health and if you are attacked its auto death.Very short story, taking my time I completed it in 2 hours. The game does have multiple endings however I can see after 9-10 it getting more of a chore to unlock the more hidden paths. Translation is fine, I noticed a few spelling errors or language obstacles however it wasn't anything story breaking.Animations aren't anything amazing however they aren't crap. The music is nice and sounds really good on a sub.Gameplay; point and click with a crafting system. I don't see insane inventory systems, massive loot, or anything that makes me think of Lunar Story, Final Fantasy, Chrono Trigger, Breath of Fire, Legend of Legia. The main characters backstory is very hidden unless its a side story I've yet to unlock. This is essential to any rpg is to roleplay your character and if we don't know him/her we cannot become him/her so the RP in RPG is non existent. The main character is forced male, no female selection so hope you gals can do some great RPing. If you are a JRPG/ARPG fan then stay clear of this unless you are ok with early 2000 Java style games and point and clicks. As of this review I plan on still playing through more of the game and if my opinion changes my review will reflect it.. charming, nice and full of adventure that's all I have to say. I can't recommend this unless you enjoy melting your legs off if using a laptop, or running up your power bill on a desktop. The game has no framerate cap or Vsync option, which is just ridiculous in today's day and age. I'll change my review once the devs pay attention to this and implement this easy fix. Thanks! (Yes, I'm aware there are external framerate limiters. But I'm on vacation and limited to a Mac. Macs cannot limit framerate that I know of).. This is the most fun and amazing quest ever! Reminds me old time games such as Space Quest a bit (may be not so deep, but humor is the same). It's an amazing game of multiple decisions - you can follow your heart or your mind, you can be evil or angel, it's up to you!
